大家好！ 我今年32 在industry 做一年半payroll, 现在non for profit 做4年 升senior 快一年. 不想再 non profit 待.我想找新工作但是有点迷茫啊不知道找怎么样的工作比较有发展前途。请问大家有什么建议？
